Thank you so much for visiting my shop!
Here are some things you need to know before you order:

No Return, No Refund Policy

Returns and refunds can be difficult for my little shop to bear, so please think carefully before placing an order! All orders are final once paid, but do shoot me an email at [email protected] if you have any concerns with your order.

Make sure your shipping address is correct

Each order is packaged and shipped personally by me, and I try to get the cheapest rates possible for shipping, so please ensure you put the right address! The shop will not replace a shipped out package if the address you gave was incorrect, so please contact me asap if you need me to change your shipping info after you place an order.

Shipping Delays

Because of the extraordinary circumstances the world is under, shipping delays are not uncommon. I use registered snail mail with tracking, but your package might arrive within a 2 week - 2 month period once it's shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it's out of my hands :(

My powers are limited when it comes to the international postal service, so there is not much I can do for lost or damaged packages when it's handled by the post. If tracking says an order has entered your country but is not yet at your door, please contact your local post office.

If an item arrives damaged because of poor handling by the post, I cannot give a refund, but do let me know and we will see what we can do.
